Halloween - Thanks - Training - Titan

Happy Halloween everyone!! I know I'm a day early, but I'm going to be away this weekend (see point #3) so I thought I'd wish everyone happy spookings earlier rather than later. I have a fairy costume - and the coolest fairy costume ever!!! - but I'm not sure I'm going to be able to enjoy wearing it this weekend, so I hope everyone else has fun in my stead.
Thanks guys!! Thanks so much for all the words of support while I whined about being scared to apply to the JET program. I think I've gotten over myself now, and will definitely be filling out the application, as daunting as the application process is. If I don't get in, I don't get in - and I can always apply next year! So, thanks for the kick in the butt everyone, and please feel free to kick me in the butt for the next month - the application has to be postdated BY Nov 27th.
Training So, I'm off to Gagetown AGAIN this weekend for my Lieutenant Qualification course! Only this weekend and the next til I'm finally done and can more or less have my weekends back again! Woohoo! I have to pass in a massively long Op Order (which, for those non-military folk, is a plan for an activity) for a survival exercise weekend. I'm at 27 pages and still have a few more things to add. It's re-freaking-diculous. I've named it Exercise Robin Hood though. Which makes it cooler in my books.
Titan I've been a bit devastated the past couple of days because my Dad (not very sympathetically) broke the news that my oldest rabbit at home, Titan, passed away. He was my favourite rabbit to show, because he was the nicest, most well behaved, and smallest bunny that I've ever had. He was a mini-Holland lop (google them, if you'd like, they're super adorable) and was a character. He was almost nine (9!!!) years old and was slightly senile, definitely a bit blind and possibly also going deaf, but he still was living the dream. He loved munching on apples and whatever else Mom had leftover from preparing supper, and he never bit or drooled on me - Which is not something I can say for any of my other rabbits. So, I just wanted to kind of memorialize him somehow (since I couldn't be home for his burial) and just kind of let some of my sadness disperse through the internets. I know it was probably Titan's time, but it still kinda stings. And I like to think he's found that giant carrot somewhere in the sky.

Tagliatelle is a type of noodle and grande means "big" in Italian. If you don't do what I say, I get to hit you with the tagliatelle grande, which I've heard is an unpleasant and somewhat sticky experience.
